By placing a Bid, making an Offer or using Buy It Now option, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement. We will prosecute and report all non paying buyers to the full extent of all applicable laws. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a 10% (minimum $1000.00) non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. There is a $499.50 Dealer Handling Charge to be added to all Retail Transactions. Additional Bank Filing Fees, Emmission Fees, Doc Fees may also be applicable. Ask Your Salesperson for details. Nor will Rocky Mountain Eurosport be responsible for any expenses such as travel or shipping incurred by buyer. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
